The opened gift box showing three small bottles and a tasting card

Your first sake

Sweet or dry, bubbles or none. Four bottles to start from.

Sake feels difficult because people try to learn the production categories first: junmai, ginjo, daiginjo. None of those words tell you how a bottle tastes. Everything here is chosen on flavour instead. The trio of 300ml bottles runs in a deliberate order: sweet and sparkling, then dry, then aromatic, and an hour with it is enough to tell you which direction is yours. All of them fit in a fridge, and each carries a note on how long it lasts once opened.
