Privacy policy

We store the name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order contents you give us at checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

The date of birth used for age verification is not stored. We keep only the fact that the check passed.

To remember your language, and to count visits that arrive from a QR card handed out at an event.

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to improve the site. The pages you view, how long you stay and how you move around the page (Clarity records on-page interaction) are sent to their servers outside Japan. Each company stores its own cookies on your device (Clarity's include a Microsoft identifier).

Neither tool is newly loaded on the checkout or the order-status pages (a recording that began on an earlier page may continue). Form fields, and the blocks that show your name, address or gift message, are excluded from the recording. We never pass your name or email address to either company.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or your browser's time zone is set to Europe, these tools are not loaded at all.

If you answer "yes", only the answer and its expiry are kept on your device (in the browser's local storage), and we do not ask again on that device for 30 days. After that the record lapses and we ask again. A "no" is not stored. The record contains no date of birth and nothing that identifies you, and the record itself is never sent to our servers. The date of birth you enter when ordering alcohol is a separate step, used only for the age check before payment.
